This project will explore concealed careers within certain fields. The goal will be to expose students and individuals to careers that might be unknown to the general population. Insider Career Conversation prospects will cover the education background needed and what the job description might entail with salary consideration. Hosts will invite a guest in the field to discuss their journey and advise on additional components to successfully engage in their field like occupational licenses or continued education.

A designated series will be developed to cover a specific field. The specialized field co-host will be a professional in the arena that will highlight job options that are lesser known. They will cover the specifics of the career path with a colleague in the role. The goal of this round table group is to add options to those seeking professional opportunities in specific areas.
